The Saleyard Midland Releases Stage 2 of Large Format Retail Leasing Next to Bunnings
The Saleyard Midland is an exciting Large Format Retail (LFR) development in Midland representing one-third of the precinct’s Large Format Retail space releases approximately 7,000 m² for lease.

The total Large Format Retail spending generated by the expanding Midland catchment area is expected to grow by 5.8% between 2025 to 2028 and is approximately $1.075 billion in 2022, with a forecast set to reach $2 billion by 2036, making The Saleyard a hub for retail spending activity.
Recent statistics on population growth for Midland are expected to continue, particularly in the Northeast metropolitan area with further subdivision activity across these areas generating strong demand for Large Format Retail goods.
