Sam Polimeni, Director, Citinova

Sam brings his 25 years of experience as a CPA accountant and financial planner to the executive team of Citinova. Sam has a passion for property and strongly believes in strategic approach in managing the key elements in a property development project (being Town Planning Permit, Finance, Construction and Selling Risks).

Over the past 10 years, he has successfully created and administered a number of property development joint ventures, including land subdivision, apartments, townhouse developments, industrial warehouses and commercial (showrooms, multistorey offices, service stations and retail premises). Sam’s expertise in structuring property development ventures has ensured investors received exceptional return on their investments.

Thanks to his tremendous knowledge of financing and structuring property projects, Sam is regularly called upon as a conference speaker at major industry events.  Married with three children, Sam loves reading, going to the footy, watching his kids play footy/netball, going to Torquay, travelling and cooking.
