Sam Macgregor, National Leasing Manager, Spotlight Retail Group

Sam is currently employed as the National Leasing Manager for Spotlight Retail Group, responsible for leasehold transactions for Spotlight, Anaconda and Harris Scarfe along with the internalised leasing of assets within the Spotlight Property Group portfolio.

Sam has been part of the Large Format Retail community for the better part of 6 years, where he was working as a leasing agent in the CBRE Queensland team and work with an assortment of landlords and retailers. Prior to CBRE, Sam worked in the industrial sector for 4 years as a sales and leasing agent in Brisbane’s Southside.

He has worked on numerous Large Format Retail projects, both greenfield and existing centres and has transacted with a diverse mix of retailers. In addition to his proven leasing experience over the years, Sam has established invaluable retailer and landlord relationships.
