At the core of Ross’s role as Director of Citinova is his passion for the building industry.

This began at age 11 when he first began accompanying his father on construction site jobs and learning the family business. Formally commencing his career in 1995, Ross was determined to go beyond the building site to intimately understand all facets of the property development process by mastering land negotiation and acquisition, construction and delivery of beautiful properties from start to finish.

Since then, Ross has developed his experience in Victoria, interstate and overseas, adding a broad range of technical qualifications to his wide array of practical job and project experience. Ross has proven himself to be an ambitious leader with a solutions focused attitude. He is widely recognised in the construction and development industry as a successful entrepreneur and an original thinker.
