Rob Dawson, Senior Sales & Leasing Consultant

Rob joins the Realmark Commercial team after cutting his teeth working across the Northern Corridor industrial region of Brisbane. Rob has also worked in senior operations roles for national retailers, managing large teams across multiple states. His operations experience gives him a clear understanding of strategic planning, business development, sales growth, and logistics that are all unique to the WA market. He has also previously worked as a tenant representative, securing deals with institutional-based landlords on behalf of some national retailers.

With a wealth of experience in transacting industrial property, Rob prides himself on providing his clients with expert advice, backed by data-driven information to ultimately ensure his clients can make educated decisions on their property portfolio.

One of his accomplishments was as the exclusively handling a large private property owner’s $40 million+ portfolio. Rob has spent time living in Sydney, Brisbane and the US, and in his travels has developed the skills to build strong professional relationships with a wide network across the country.
