Using a wide network of offices, Ray White Commercial CSR has taken a unique approach to finding and marketing Large Format Retail property. Headed by CEO Julie Ryan, the team has an innovative approach to finding attractive Large Format Retail space which closely matches requirements.

According to Ms Ryan, growing regional towns hold a wide range of opportunities for Large Format Retail. Julie Ryan is a life-long real estate agent, having grown up in a family of developers and agents. Her experience is global, having worked for highly successful organisations and individuals around the world for more than 35 years.

She is the agent even other agents turn to for advice regarding strategy and best practice. As a mark of the regard she is held in by the industry, Julie has had a number of years being the official mentor to the very highest performing salespeople in the world for several international property groups, and has worked as a consultant and speaker in North America.

Joining Julie in guiding the growth of the Large Format Retail team is Grant Turner. In addition to his years in selling and leasing property, Grant was responsible for leading digital marketing initiatives during his tenure at realestate.com.au.
