Philip Waterworth, LFRA Director and Group General Manager, Property, JB HI-FI/ The Good Guys

Phil is the Group General Manager – Property for the JB Hi-Fi Group, managing the end-to-end property network for JB Hi-Fi Australia, JB Hi-Fi New Zealand and The Good Guys. Phil has worked in retail property for over 20 years on both the landlord and tenant side, working for brands such as Officeworks, Oporto, Red Rooster and House of Fraser (UK). His skills cover managing, transforming and growing multi-site portfolios for market leading brands in highly competitive industries and fast paced environment. Phil holds a Bachelor of Commerce and resides in Melbourne.

Phil is a Director of the LFRA Board.
