Peter Cortis-Jones, Managing Partner – Property Management

A large part of Peter’s 25-year real estate career has been centred around adding value to existing and new assets under management in the Large Format Retail space.

Peter has experience in building a business from the ground up and has immense diversity across his experience and skillset, ranging from property research, finance, acquisition, onboarding, valuations and leasing, right through to day-to-day asset management.

His success has always been driven around relationships, building out an extensive network of agents, legal firms, valuers, tenants and consultants.

Peter’s ambition for the Stonebridge team is to offer enhanced and boutique services that the larger agencies simply struggle to provide and creating a powerhouse alternative to our peer group.
