Paul McDonnell, General Manager Property, Re-Grow Capital Group

Paul is General Manager Property for Re-Grow Capital Group, which is the private investment vehicle for Reg Rowe, the founder of Super Retail Group.

Established over 40 years ago as a retailer, Re-Grow Capital Group has evolved into a complex enterprise with a diverse range of business interests across property, finance, and investment. Re-Grow retains a 30% stake in the Super Retail Group.

Re-Grow also owns and manages a large portfolio of retail and commercial property across Queensland and NSW (specialising in Large Format Retail properties) and provides first mortgage development funding to a range of well-known residential and commercial property developers.

As General Manager Property, Paul is responsible for the strategy and investment performance of Re-Grow’s property assets as well as transactions, developments, leasing and property management activities.

Paul is heavily involved in the property industry having served on many committees and boards for the Property Council of Australia (PCA) and the Australian Property Institute (API).
