Nic De Luca, Managing Director

Nic De Luca is the founder and Managing Director of De Luca Corporation, a 25 year strong Queensland based Development and Construction company. Nic holds a Bachelor of Construction Management, and maintains an active role in the day-to-day running of both the development, investment and construction sides of the business to deliver high-quality projects across the bulky goods, retail, commercial, industrial and residential sectors.

Nic prides himself on his core values: being loyal, honest and having integrity. He maintains an open and inclusive style of management, allowing for freedom and interaction with key stakeholders throughout the business and a clear purpose to “inspire people to make it happen”.

Nic’s entrepreneurial ability has seen the establishment and maintenance of strong and long-lasting relationships with some of the country’s leading retail clients and developers including Bunnings, Primewest, Spotlight and Gibb Group to name a few.

These relationships have been fostered over many years by Nic’s ability to deliver on his promises. Nic’s values are reflected throughout the business and in each individual project undertaken by the company.

In addition to being a member of the Large Format Retail Association, Master Builders, the Australian Institute of Building, and the Property Council of Australia, Nic has recently completed his Professional Real Estate Licence adding to his 30+ years’ experience in all aspects of the construction and property industry.

Nic also maintains a keen passion to help those most in need and has dedicated over 16 years to helping grow Youngcare a national not for profit organisation providing appropriate housing for young people with high care needs. This passion and commitment has grown further in 2020 with the establishment of the De Luca Charitable Foundation, a family foundation focused on growing and expanding it contribution to those in need.
