Nathan Minicozzi, General Manager, Citinova

Nathan is a passionate property professional. He holds diverse experience across all major asset classes, including residential, commercial and industrial ventures. Throughout his career he has successfully delivered a vast number of sophisticated property developments projects partnering across both the private and public sectors.

His experience stems from the ground up, where he commenced onsite and worked his way up through the corporate structure in the delivery of projects, overseeing expert design teams and managing stakeholders.

Within Citinova he oversees the daily operations, from acquisition through to asset management, successfully leading the team and our external partners.

He holds a Master’s in Business Property, Graduate Certificate in Property and Diploma of Building and Construction.
