Michael Witts, Director, Mainbrace Constructions

Michael Witts is a highly influential and active leader, major shareholder and Director of Mainbrace Constructions.

His experience in the industry spans 30 years. Michael joined Mainbrace in 1992 as a foreman, making him one of the company’s longest-serving team members, and his broad expertise covers retail construction techniques and programming, as well as staging works in operational premises.

Over the years, Michael has used his extensive knowledge of the construction process to lead project teams to successfully manage high-profile, technically complex projects, delivering over 100 jobs as project manager and then senior project manager. Many of the strong client relationships Michael has built underpin Mainbrace to this day.

Michael’s current focus is on procuring new opportunities and providing expertise, advice and guidance early in the project lifecycle. With his unique, personable leadership style, he plays an instrumental coaching and mentoring role to emerging staff, helping team members maximise their potential.
