Michael Fague, New Business and Strategy, Mainbrace Constructions

Michael Fague is responsible for driving new business development opportunities and generating new client relationships for retail specialists Mainbrace Constructions in NSW.

The role includes a specific focus on last mile logistics and customer fulfillment centres, enabling Mainbrace to service increasing enquiry for such projects from customers.

Prior to taking on the New Business and Strategy role, Michael was instrumental in establishing the Mainbrace Victorian business, which he headed up from 2014 to 2019.

Over the years, Michael has played an integral role in some of Mainbrace’s largest and most successful projects, including Auburn Central Shopping Centre (NSW), HomeCo Keysborough (VIC), Coles Canterbury (VIC), IKEA Richmond (VIC), Costco Warehouse Casula (NSW) and the Aldi Head Office (NSW). He has an intricate understanding of each element of the construction management process, from early design stages through to certification.

In February 2021, Michael celebrated 20 years as part of the Mainbrace team.
