Leroy has over 20 years dedicated large format leasing experience. He is well known in the industry as the leading large format retail leasing broker in New Zealand.

Over his 20 year tenure, he has been involved in the leasing of the majority of and has been responsible for the delivery of several key large format retail projects across New Zealand. He has assisted many of the LFRA’s members such as Spotlight, Harvey Norman, Super Retail Group, JB Hifi, Freedom, Animates with their retail store requirements and expansion across  the country, and assisted retailers such as RSEA, Nick Scali, Chemist Warehouse and Petstock with their entry into the New Zealand market.
