The new building within Precinct B2 is home to Repco, occupying over 800 sqm, and The Good Guys, covering 2,500 sqm. This milestone was achieved through Baycrown Property Group’s ongoing partnership with De Luca Corporation, which has constructed all buildings in the centre to date and is already progressing with the next phase

Tenancies within the centre range from 130 sqm to over 2,500 sqm, offering a variety of options for both retailers and customers.
Home Focus Pimpama’s development is set against the backdrop of significant regional growth. The Exit 49 interchange upgrade is progressing rapidly, enhancing connectivity and accessibility. Additionally, the new Coomera Hospital, under construction and expected to be completed in the latter half of 2027, will be a state-of-the-art facility with 404 new beds to serve the expanding population of the northern Gold Coast corridor.
The next stage of development, currently under construction, will expand the centre into a new lifestyle precinct, focusing predominantly on health and wellbeing-related tenants.
