Alex Capra, National Transaction Manager, Harvey Norman

Alex is currently employed as National Transactions Manager at Harvey Norman Holding, responsible for all new freehold and leasehold Property transactions the company enters into. Alex is a dedicated, long term employee of Harvey Norman and has been active in various roles in the property team including acquisitions, development, leasing, asset management and operational aspects. His professional career has solely been in the Large format Retail Sector, and his relationships with Retailers, Landlords and other industry stakeholders are strong and extensive. Alex was the inaugural LFRA Overseas Study tour Scholarship winner in 2017. Prior to commencing the role Alex undertook a Bachelor of Property Economics at the University of Technology in Sydney. Alex is a regular volunteer at Loaves and Fishes Free Restaurant for the homeless and marginalised. Alex resides in Sydney, Australia.
