A Party in Perth: Vend Property Celebrates its Tenth Anniversary

Vend Property is celebrating its tenth year in business, no mean feat for a boutique agency specialising in the Large Format Retail sector.

Started by Managing Director Jeff Klopper in 2009, Vend Property has grown from a one-man business into a market-leading agency.

Today, it boasts more than 70 years of combined experience and is one of Australia’s leading Large Format Retail agencies in commercial sales, leasing and management. This considerable experience means that Jeff and his team are a vital source of advice for landlords, developers and retailers alike.

“With the market facing tough rental conditions, increased competition from online retailers and reduced spending by weary Australian consumers, our advice to landlords and retailers is to hold on as the Western Australian residential market has bottomed out and is on the rise.

“Combined with the eastern states seeing the end of declining property value since the Federal Government’s re-election, it is overall looking more positive for struggling landlords and retailers,” said Mr Klopper.

In light of the company’s coming of age, Vend Property celebrated its success on 27 June 2019 with an afternoon market commentary provided by Jeff and Deep End Services analyst Justin Ganly, followed by drinks at Fraser’s in Kings Park.

The celebratory event was well-attended with over 150 guests. Vend Property’s bi-annual market commentary was an opportunity for the Western Australia Large Format Retail sector to catch up, network and inform one another on the latest market trends.

The evening was a resounding success with many attendees staying after the formalities to enjoy a drink or two and although it officially ended at 8:00 pm, rumour has it some partied well into the small hours, karaoke bar and all!
