Kevin Fogarty, Director

In 2012 Kevin joined Stockland as an accountant in the commercial property team before moving into a leasing analyst role.  Here he developed a love for retail and a became a leasing executive working on a broad range of assets across NSW.  In 2018 he joined Aventus (which merged with HomeCo Daily Needs REIT in 2022) where he built great relationships in the LFR industry and completed several projects of both greenfield and major tenancy repurposing.

Kevin started Albion property so he could work with a range of landlords to help their assets reach their full potential.  Using his REIT experience, he takes a strategic approach to leasing existing centres and planning for new developments.
