LFRA Launches Exclusive Hub for Large Format Retail Real Estate Listings

The Large Format Retail Association (LFRA) has launched its Large Format Real Estate (LFRE) platform – the members only ultimate hub for Large Format Retail Listings in Australia and New Zealand.

LFRE is the only dedicated site that is solely devoted to the Large Format Retail Real Estate sector.  The aim of the platform is to connect members with Large Format Retail properties available for lease or sale across Australia and New Zealand.  It is designed to cater to the unique needs of Large Format Retail businesses seeking to expand their store network or relocate to more suitable premises or purchase Large Format Retail assets.

Currently the site features 240 listings in Australia and New Zealand. The current version of LFRE:

• Includes features such as location, size and floorspace;
• Is free to list properties;
• Is accessible to members only; and
• Is restricted to members being able to list properties.
