Excel Development Group rebrands as Re-Grow Capital Group
On 28 January 2020, Excel Development Group revealed its new name, Re-Grow Capital Group.
Re-Grow Capital Group is a family-owned enterprise based in Brisbane with a diverse range of business interests across property, finance, and investment.
“The new name and branding better reflects the journey that the business has taken to this point and provides a clear strategic direction for the Group,” said Director Reg Rowe.
GM Property Kerensa Collins also added that she was excited about the rebrand and that it better represents the business into the future.
Since the Group was established in 2007, it has built an extensive property portfolio incorporating Large Format Retail, commercial, retail and industrial properties along with many other high-quality assets across Queensland and NSW.
Re-Grow continues to expand with an added focus to partner with experienced and reputed property industry professionals across a range of property-related activities, including financing and investing.
Re-Grow Capital Group consists of four speciality teams: Re-Grow Property, Re-Grow Finance, Re-Grow Investments and Re-Grow Operations.

Re-Grow Property provides in-house management services for all facets of our properties, from operational and facilities services through to leasing and financial management.
Re-Grow Property is responsible for the day-to-day management of 43 properties including 38 Large Format Retail sites, 4 commercial buildings and 1 retail shopping centre comprising of 120 tenants.
The team also has extensive expertise in risk analysis, building upgrades and project management. Re-Grow Property are the largest Lessor for Super Cheap Auto and other national Large Format Retail clients such as Greencross, Repco, Jaycar and Drummond Golf.
